Ingwer (3cm) und 2 Knoblauch hacken, alles gut and\u00fcnsten. 600- 800 gr rohe Randen sch\u00e4len und in W\u00fcrfel schneiden und 10 Minuten mitd\u00fcnsten, leicht salzen. Mit 2-3 dl Holunderbeerensaft oder Wasser abl\u00f6schen, 1 Sternanis, \u00bd Zimtstange, 1 Gew\u00fcrznelke, 1 Lorbeerblatt, wenig Piment, etwas Muskat oder Muskatbl\u00fcte und etwas getrockneter Chili dazu geben. 20 Minuten auf kleiner Flamme kochen lassen.
