Cidre?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cidre (franz\u00f6sisch) oder Cider (englisch) sind Apfelschaumweine. Bei der Herstellung werden die \u00c4pfel zun\u00e4chst gepresst und dann im geschlossenen Tank (industrielle Herstellung) oder in der Flasche (handwerkliche Herstellung) unter Druck verg\u00e4rt. Cidre enth\u00e4lt zwischen etwa 4-11 Prozent Alkohol. Unterschiedliche \u00c4pfel (oder Birnen, Quitten) ergeben unterschiedliche Cidre-Sorten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die Herstellung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Frisch gepresster Apfelsaft wird in F\u00e4sser abgef\u00fcllt und Hefen zur G\u00e4rung hinzugef\u00fcgt. Bei der Herstellung von Cidre dreht sich alles um den Zuckergehalt. Dieser muss regelm\u00e4ssig gemessen werden. Bei einem bestimmten Zuckergehalt geht es f\u00fcr die Mischung in die Drucktanklagerung, damit die Kohlens\u00e4ure enthalten bleibt. Cidrehefen sind oberg\u00e4rig, sie brauchen relativ warme Temperaturen um die 15 Grad. Die Herstellung dauert etwa vier bis f\u00fcnf Wochen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:33px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualit\u00e4tsmerkmale von gutem Cidre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Faszination steckt in der Vielfalt der alten Obstsorten. S\u00fcsse \u00c4pfel sorgen f\u00fcr Aroma, bittere f\u00fcr die orange-goldene Farbe und saure \u00c4pfel konservieren den Cidre. Je nachdem, wie lange die G\u00e4rzeit ist, entstehen verschiedene Arten des Cidres. Hochwertige Cidres werden in der Flasche verg\u00e4rt und sind feinperlig wie ein Champagner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:56px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie trinkt man Cidre?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aus dem Weissweinglas mit der gleichen Trinktemperatur wie Weisswein, um die 8 Grad Celcius. In Frankreich trinkt man Cidre traditionell aus bauchigen Keramiktassen ohne Henkel.  Cidre passt \u00fcberall wo man sonst Champagner, Prosecco oder Weisswein  trinken w\u00fcrde: als Ap\u00e9ro, zu Salaten, zu leichten Speisen und Dessert.
