In seinem Bistro k\u00f6nnt ihr euch vor der Wanderung st\u00e4rken oder einem \u201eHungerast\u201c vorbeugend mit feinem Proviant eindecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bevor es richtig losgeht, besuchen wir den <a href=\"https:\/\/www.obstbaubleuler.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Obstbau Bleuler (2).<\/strong> <\/a>Manuela und Dani Bleuler-Pfister beliefern seit der ersten Stunde den BachserM\u00e4rt mit Obst und Beeren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann verlassen wir das Dorf und stehen bald beim <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/besenbeiz-eichhof.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Eichhof (3). <\/a><\/strong>Der Eichhof der Familie Albrecht ist unser langj\u00e4hriger Bachsertaler Produzent von Erdbeeren, Kirschen, Rhabarber und gr\u00fcnem Spargel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir wollen weiter. \u00dcber Naturstr\u00e4sschen und durch den Wald erreichen wir den <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ruebisberg.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Biohof R\u00fcebisberg (4)<\/a>. <\/strong>Von der Familie Weidmann findet ihr Joghurt, Quark, S\u00fcssmost und Obstwein &#8220;Sch\u00e4mpis&#8221; in unseren BachserM\u00e4rt L\u00e4den.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbei an grasenden K\u00fchen kommen wir zum n\u00e4chsten Zwischenhalt, dem <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bachsermaert.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/Biohof-Waldhausen_I.23.04.2013.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Biohof Waldhausen (5)<\/a>.<\/strong> BachserM\u00e4rt bezieht von der Familie R\u00fcede Blaubeeren, Bohnen und Bio-Fleisch aus Freilandhaltung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weiter auf unserem Weg erreichen wir versteckt zwischen B\u00e4umen die <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.glauser-forellen.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Forellenzucht Glauser (6)<\/a>.<\/strong> Die Bachser Bio-Forellen der Familie Glauser sind in Z\u00fcrich sehr gefragt. Von ihrer Qualit\u00e4t k\u00f6nnt ihr euch auch im BachserM\u00e4rt Bistro \u00fcberzeugen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf unserer letzten Etappe zum <a href=\"https:\/\/www.baeren-fisibach.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Restaurant B\u00e4ren (7)<\/strong> <\/a>in Fisibach schweift unser Blick bis nach Deutschland in den Schwarzwald. Das Wirtepaar B\u00e9atrice und Pierre Arn-Pfister bewirtschaften ein gem\u00fctliches Speiserestaurant und eine Manufaktur f\u00fcr Regionale Spezialit\u00e4ten.
