Die neuen \u201eHahn im Gl\u00fcck\u201c Richtlinien von Demeter Schweiz sichern nun, dass die Br\u00fcder der Legehennen nach biodynamischen Kriterien grossgezogen werden. Bisher war es in der Gefl\u00fcgelwirtschaft Praxis, dass die m\u00e4nnlichen K\u00fcken nach nur zwei Tagen get\u00f6tet werden, weil ihre Mast als unwirtschaftlich gilt: die H\u00e4hne setzen im Verh\u00e4ltnis zur Futtermenge zu wenig Fleisch an. Zur Bestellung geht es <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bachsermaert.ch\/hahn\">hier<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Die Br\u00fcder unserer 250 Legehennen d\u00fcrfen leben und wachsen zurzeit auf dem Demeter-Hof <a href=\"http:\/\/www.randenhof.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Randenhof<\/span><\/a> (SH) auf. Nach etwa 120 Tagen werden sie bei BachserM\u00e4rt als Junghahnfleisch verkauft.
